"Overall happy with our stay. The location is perfect and easy to access. The room was overall good, but it could have been cleaned better (I would give 2,5 star here, but could only do 2 or 3). There were hair strands on the bes, and the bathroom seemed to have been cleaned in a bit of a rush. It would also have been nice to have a bit more space to open our luggage, as the provided space was fit for a hand luggage size suitcase, but a bit small anything larger. Just a bit larger would be nice. The bed was nice and air conditioning worked more than well enough. Corridors are a bit of a maze, but not too bad after following the signs a couple of times. Lots of elevators from the lobby (they are fast as well) and good reception in the hotel as well. We did not use the hotel wifi as it seemed it was without password and we deemed it there a bit unsecure. Overall happy with our stay and would recommend it. The location is as mentioned amazing and easy to get to."

"Sentral beliggenhet, og vi hadde flott utsikt, men hotellet trenger oppussing. På badet var noen fliser ødelagte, AC’ en kunne ikke skrus av og alt av elektrisk så litt utdatert ut. "

"Perfekt lokalisert hotell. Men for magen gjester til en alt for liten spisesal. Stort sett kaos i frokostsalen. Omtrent fra det åpner til det stenger. Prøvde flere tidspunkt."

"Veldig fornøyd med alt. Innsjekk var effektivt og ble oppgradert til større rom uten ekstra kostnad. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening, mange på jobb så alltid noen å spørre :) Genial beliggenhet like ved Hyde Park og Oxford Street. Du kan gå til alt i London sentrum herfra men også lett å ta taxi like utenfor, eller undergrunnen rett nede i gaten."

"Fint hotell, med fin utsikt mot Themsen. Kort vei til Undergrunnsbanen. Rolig og fint område."
