«A really lovely quiet hotel, there arent many in the area. All very clean, lovely bedroom and superb breakfast with a friendly smile. Checkin was smooth and the lady was really friendly and showed me to my room and also served me a few well poured guinness later that evening. Thank you i will certainly stay again. They didn't serve an evening meal but plenty of options not too far away.»

«Harold gave us a very warm welcome and showed us into the house which we found to be a lovely comfortable, warm and well equipped guest house at Warlands Farm. It was great to also have the use of the spacious lounge and kitchen/dining room. We found the house bright and clean, with a newly refurbished interior. We loved watching the free range chickens in the garden..The farmhouse is in lovely countryside and is also very convenient if you plan to visit the Beamish museum which is 10 just ...

«Absolutely wonderful place. Very comfortable room, toiletries is bathroom, all the tea, coffee and hot chocolate you want. Great sized TV as well as desk and comfy chair. Beautifully decorated.
