They said Expedia did not cancel the reservation for first night wed ( as I confirmed with Expedia on Tue. ) the rude person at the desk treated me as some lier and said I was a “no show on the 14th. He also said he had cancelled my reservation for this evening and never offered me a room. He further said that happens with 3rd party reservations. Upset at being treated like a criminal and being told I was charged for previous night I was upset and disappointed after a 12 hour work day. I drove all the home that night. Expedia was apologizing and said I will get refund for reservation that was cancelled with Fairfield Tue. Fairfield had no kind words or even offered a room in spite of empty parking lot. even after I showed him confirmation text from expedias contact at Fairfield .
