«A very cozy little cottage in the heart of everything in Key West. In walking distance of everything, although bikes, golf carts and scooters are a great way to get around too. The front porch was nice to relax and sit on to finish out the day. Inside it was very clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay.»

«This property is super cute. Convenient for being close to Key West without the price of Key West. We VERY much enjoyed our 3 night stay. Our property (#15) had a little grill outside so we were able to cookout one night of our stay. Make sure you stop at Publix or Winn Dixie before getting there it is a litle trek to get to grocery store. I would also suggest bringing a few extra bath towels, our cottage only had 3 and 4 adults. «We really enjoyed our stay here. There was ample space, especially for a couple. The location is excellent, close to Duval St., beach, or southernmost area. We rang in the new year while staying here and the access is easy, well lit, and off street parking for one vehicle. «The grounds are good. The pools were clean and plenty of deck and dock space. The cottage itself needs help. It needed general maintenance on it. It needs caulking in the bathroom. It needs weather strips around door as it is not tight. There was not enough hand towels and there are no oven mitts in the kitchen. The exhaust fan has been taken out. The ceiling fan in one room only works on high. The ac vents and exhaust fan in the bathroom needs cleaning. We were happy about the porch except the ...

«There are 3 things I would say could and should be better. 1) extra toilet paper. There was only one partial roll in each bathroom and one extra partial roll. 2) no shampoo/conditioner. 3) no directions to the pool. I had to call and find out where it was. For the amount you pay, you’d think those items would be available as there are everywhere else I’ve stayed. »

«It’s an experience, it’s not a luxury stay. It’s sort of like staying in a camper with a septic holding tank that can get pretty smelly next to a working marina, with fish charters and a fish cleaning station. One morning we had to use a spare paddle to shoe away a stinky dead fish head so it wouldn’t get trapped under our unit and smell up the place. «The Yacht was beautiful. The marina was amazing. The marina and resort had excellent restaurants and bars. It was very cool to see all of the boats coming and going. It was an easy Uber ride to Key West and enjoy the fast pace life. Then it was wonderful to come back to the quiet of the marina. Would highly recommend a stay here.»
