«We had a great experience! We especially appreciated the washer and dryer. Many places we’ve stayed have only enough supplies for the time you’re there (I.e two garbage bags, two dish pods, etc.) but there were plenty of supplies to get us through. The only thing I wish I knew going in was that the kitchen didn’t have things like a sheet pan or measuring cup which required us to get creative with some of our cooking. Other than that, I cannot say enough good things about our stay!»

«Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Will definitely rebook for next summer!»

It was very close to downtown Iowa City, grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.»

«The property was well located for our needs and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Levi is a good communicator who truly cares about making his guests comfortable and meeting their needs. We were particularly interested in having a few relatives over for a meal and using our space as a gathering point before and after trips to Iowa City to visit those who couldn’t travel to Cedar Rapids to see us. The home was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were ...
