«Night staff was awesome, the room smelled like old food and sweaty shoes. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay in place while showering which caused us to have to mop the floor with towels every time we showered. The steam also caused the smoke alarm to go off.»

I have never been someone who is just loyal to one certain hotel, but moving forward I will be choosing Tru hotels anytime I travel with my kids! «The place is very cozy and the staff is friendly, the room is stayed in needs some work however. There was little to no water pressure, so the shower barely worked. The door lock was acting up and took forever just to get into the room.»

«Overall it was a nice hotel. It was clean. The suite had a nice kitchen which included a burner stovetop which was nice. The front desk lady at check-in was not friendly and borderline snotty. The door from the pool to the outside wouldn’t work properly so we were unable to keep an eye on the kids while enjoying the weather outside. The breakfast was what you would expect. The location is great!»

«Our stay was nothing like other the reviews on Expedia. We stayed 3 nights and there were several shady men in the room next door who were coming and going all night and were talking and laughing at all hours. Something fishy is going on there. The hotel itself is not in very good condition. There is mold and peeling paint in the bathroom. The toilet seat was very cheap and felt like it would break if you sit on it.
