«Two blocks to Mason Ave and two blocks to the beach, the location was a real highlight for us. The house was clean, and check-in/check-out could not be easier. I was a little nervous about having the owners right next-door, but they were so polite when we saw them, and that was very rare. We had a great time, and hope that it’s available for our Cape Charles trip next year. »

«Our family stayed for a week at this amazing secluded property. We have stayed at many rentals up and down the Eastern Shore as well as the Outer Banks and this was the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. The location was quiet and peaceful and the dock and screened in porch were where we spent most of our time. The screened in porch was a great spot to relax, eat meals, and play board games. «The Fisherman Cottage had all that we needed, all in perfect condition. Tiny Livin' offers privacy and a delightful change from the sameness of hotels and motels. Shops, restaurants, and the beach that drew us to Cape Charles are only a few minutes away, and there's a supermarket nearby if we prefer to avoid the cars, golf carts, and restaurant wait times.
