«Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the clean bathroom. Great shower with never ending hot water.The oversized mini refrigerator was great to have keep my bag of ice for 2 day as I we used it in our cooler during the day and refreshed it in the freezer when we returned. Kept food & drinks chilled. Hot coffee pot was well used for making hot coffee and tea.Room could use a few more hooks to hand clothes and towel bars. Bed was too soft. Would prefer a firmer mattress»

«Place was exceptional. Not sure about what happens with the service. Do we wash the towels ourselves and make the bed. We went away to golf for the day and the towels had not been replaced and the bed was not made. Our dishes were still on the bench so I cleaned it all up myself. Looked through your listing»

«This is a great spot for the individual or couple wanting a clean, reasonably priced place to explore Kona and the rest of the Big Island. It is an easy walk to Magic Sands Beach, and it’s a short drive (4 miles) from the touristy dinning and shopping area. The host is very friendly, and communicative. The onsite coin operated laundry machines really help you pack less for a longer trip. The kitchen is modest, but well equipped with plates, bowls, cups, various utensils, pot, pan, hot plate, ...

«The room is beautiful, the kitchen is big, the couch is comfortable, the bed was a little too firm for my old body but otherwise was great. The host was super nice, and answered promptly to all my questions. NOTE: if you need supplies get them from Hilo or get them before 5pm 'cause everything is closed early!!!»

«I gotta say this property was much better than I ever expected. The unit very clean and well taken care of, beautifully decorated and quiet. Its is a ground floor so it was nice to look out on the lanai to see the lush plants and little mongoose running around. Parking was great right in front of our place a big plus. It is located across the street from the ocean and everything was within walking distance and not too busy. We are from Honolulu and was looking for a end of summer vaca and to ...
