«Muy buena ubicación, muy buen ambiente, muy buen lugar, la vdd por lo único que no le doy 5 estrellas es por la comida que no la incluye. Entiendo que el restaurante tambien está abierto a otro publico que no renta habitación, pero como huesped del hotel y cómo muchos hoteles que incluyen desayuno y comida, deberian incluirlo. Podrian poner un limite en cuanto a comida y bebidas por el tema de que probablemente les sale mas rentable cobrar por la comida, es mi opinión solo en ese caso, la vdd ...

«This hotel is better in person! We enjoyed swimming laps in the pool and relaxing in the hammock on the roof which was a magical place to watch the sun rise over the town and Lake Chapala. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. Only wished they had coffee in the room. They did allow us an early check in which we greatly appreciated! Check in info ended up in my spam so be sure to check that if you haven’t heard from them after booking.»

«Some amenities are broke/dirty, such as the TV and the room AC remote. When I reported it they just asked me to take pictures of it. There was sand on the couch where one person was going to sleep. We struggled getting into the apartment and I called the number but they didn't answer, I had to wait around 10 min which doesn't sound much but we were tired and it was very hot so it was stressful. However, the apartment is lovely, I would stay again, it just needs better maintenance.»

«This was a very nice stay and the room suite had great qualities. Unfortunately, there wasn't a way to fully close any of the doors or windows and so all of the constant noise from animals, partying, and construction around the hotel were impossible to escape even when trying to sleep. The bathroom also only had shutter windows into the suite with no other light or ventilation which meant no privacy. The hotel itself was fine but minimal with cleaning, but only a free coffee nespresso pod ...
