«The apartment was cosy. At arrival there was plenty of communication, was able to get the key late. However, they were unable to provide a receipt for late fee checking. I was in the apartment for 12 nights and got only 2 rolls of toilet paper and one towel. The apartment was not as clean, there was trash under the bed and one of the nightstands was quite dirty. There were signs that the place had not been used for some time due to the dust on floor.»
