«Lovely little apartment, perfect for our 24 hours in Ashford»

«In a great central location, plenty shops, places to eat, pubs all around and very quick walk to the coast which was beautiful, didn’t realise Folkestone was so nice! Outside building looked very nice, access lobby area clean and inviting. Great shower! (good water pressure!)Apartment was compact but had everything needed. Was a hot weekend so needed to open the windows overnight, could hear people enjoying themselves which wasn’t a problem for us. Some parts of the apartment were tired but ...

«Honestly website does not do the property justice it is absolutely amazing can not recommend enough. Never stayed anywhere as clean amazing housekeeping team just incredible»

«Please be aware that you need to upload a passport online to a third party company for every person over 16 that is staying at the property. We were not aware of this until after the free cancellation period was over. There is no mention in the listing or confirmation that the passport would be the only document accepted. We were uncomfortable doing this with all the online identity theft that is prevalent today. The communication with the property was poor. We messaged several times through ...

«The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. »

«Lovely property Roy was communicative and helpful »

«We stayed for four nights in this lovely well appointed apartment. It had everything we needed including bowls and biscuits for our dog. It's one of eight apartments in a modern building right on the coastal path with an allocated parking space underneath. It is right in the middle of Dymchurch and is a great place to watch the world go by. The village has everything within easy walking distance including a small Tesco with long opening hours. There's a great choice of cafes, pubs and fish & ...

«If you want a quiet and restful nights sleep this is not the place to stay. The property is located opposite a nightclub. The High Street is cleaned at 3AM in the morning and one hears every noise from the street below. Perhaps double glazing is an option? The lower floor bedroom could benefit from nights lamps and better storage facilities. The main entrance off the street to the property was not cleaned properly. Not a pleasant welcoming.»

«Lovely apartment - right in the city centre, but not noisy at all. Huge shower. Fully equipped kitchen - everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again - and hosts are very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended.»

«This is an excellent property! The host was very communicative and helpful. The property was very clean with good information onsite about the flat and the surrounding area. Great location near to shops, restaurants and the beach. If you are driving, be aware that parking is a bit tricky, but Oliver was very helpful with figuring out options. Our only disappointment is that we weren't able to stay longer!»

«Everything was clean, well equipped. Oliver was a great host, responses were prompt. Fantastic location. Would stay again. »

«Wonderfully appointed apartment - nicely positioned too if you're looking for a place to stay while touring Kent's coastal towns. Owner was communicative and friendly. Would recommend.»

«Fantastic apartment in the centre of Deal. Sue, the host, was great and her accommodation was first class. Spotlessly clean, with everything you need provided. The apartment was very well located for exploring Deal. We had a great time.»
