«Our extended family stayed here for a week before a wedding. The house is beautiful. Plenty of space for family to relax and spend time together. The view is spectacular and the access to little coffee shops and restaurants is perfect. Having a second sitting area allowed some members to watch the cricket while others could chat. «We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property in Gordon’s bay . Never got sick of the amazing views of false bay . Ideal to be far enough away from Cape Town but still close enough and I’d highly recommend this property . We stayed for 2 weeks and the comms from Richard were very good . He was always very helpful and offered lots of help and ideas for our stay .»

«Die Wohnung mit grossem Sitzplatz und Garten liegt im sicheren Greenway Golf Estate und hat freie Sicht auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat bequeme Betten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge (Weingüter usw.). Die Gastgeberin, Caecia, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sie jederzeit um Rat fragen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.»

«Had a Marvellous time - The staff make you so welcome and everything is catered for excellently- from breakfast to assisting with dinner reservations, places to see, the owner even went to get a razor and shaving cream from the local shop as I had forgotten mine, Champagne for our anniversary - I can not recommend this place enough it’s a place of tranquility and splendour.»

«Our extended family of 8 adults loved the location. You can walk to most places in Green Point and short Uber rides to Camps Bay, Sea Point, Table Mountain and other Cape Town attractions. The host is very responsive and offered us information about local events during our stay. Other than a small mis-communication about check in time, we loved everything about our stay.»

«Two couples stayed at Ravensyn Villa for 4 nights in April of 2023. We arrived late and were met promptly by Julian, our representative from the management company. He showed us all the bells and whistles of the home, of which there are many: pool, security system, washer/dryer, and daily housekeeping schedule. The home is beautiful and worked well for 2 couples and we would definitely stay again if our travels take us take to Cape Town.»

«We had a great time at Sandmartins over the 2022 Christmas holiday. The house is very well equipped, clean and secure. Sandra is a great communicator and kept us nicely informed through the entire process. She even decorated the house for Christmas for us! As is common in South Africa, load shedding does impact this property, but we appreciated the small backup battery that kept the internet and Tv going. «We absolutely loved LOVED staying at this villa. It is an extremely spacious place with loads of running space for the kids. Athol is also very generous with his grandkids’ toys which were heaven sent for all the kids in our group. Athol himself was a BRILLIANT host and we can’t thank him enough for his hospitality. He was always available for any questions we might have had (and we had quite a few!). Also, a special note for his help with our son needed a doctor.»

«Property was nice, clean and accessible. They asked us if OK not to service the room due to lack of resources, which was fine and accepted. We unfortunately lost the keys for one of the rooms, it must have fallen out of my pocket after parking and walking to a restaurant. The owner freaked out about that, we accepted responsibility and apologised. We understand that security is a great concern in this area and accepted compensation needed to replace locks, a remote and keys. The rules for the ...

We arrived just on dark and there were no dining options, power was limited to a few lights, due to daily "load shedding", so unable to microwave or even get a cup of tea until full power returned an hour or more later.
