«I liked how the room was decorated and put together.
There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand.
Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one.
I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like.»

«The reception lady is unprofessional, has attitude towards customers and rude. The elevator doesn’t work completely. The breakfast was ok. Room service ignored about my room had to go to reception to grab new towels and toilet paper after the second night. Wouldn’t go there just because of the rude receptionist.»

«They charged me for the room after I already paid on Expedia. There was no mention of an event going on at booking or check-in. We couldn’t eat at the restaurant because there was barely any service. We waited and waited and waited and waited then left after listening to 3 other couples complaining. No the restaurant was not full. Not half full. Not even a quarter full. Won’t be back to this place.»

«The view we had was nice. However one lamp didn't work, the thermostat was taped to the wall. So it needs some TLC. However not a bad stay. It says our room was a non smoker but not sure if maybe the smell was coming from a neighboring room. But overall we would probably use them again. Also a book telling what the amenities are would have helped.»

«Arrived in the late night (12am) to check in. There was a sign at the front desk about reservations being canceled after 1am if not checked in. That didn’t stop them from giving us a room we didn’t reserve (instead of the 2 queen bed suite we reserved we got 2 separate king size rooms) -across the hall from one another. One of the rooms smelled of heavy cleaning product so we were left to all squeeze into 1 king size bed. The room was alright but toiletries were in some strange squeeze tubes ...

«The staff was excellent. Everything was really clean. The location couldn’t have been better. The only things that were even a little off was the parking situation and also they must have purchased it recently because the old name was still on a couple places like the glass doors, so after a long trip and being tired it was a little confusing.
