Updated condo perched on Heavenly at 7600' elevation with views of Lake Tahoe and the ski lifts below. Ski-in/out convenience using the Boulder and Stagecoach lifts. Grab a sled for the kids or keep warm by the fire and enjoy winter in the mountains.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it is perfect for a family vacation, weekend escape, or romantic getaway.

On the Nevada side of Tahoe, so no need to worry about the new short-term rental ban going into effect in South Lake Tahoe!

The space
About the condo:
Our condo is the largest in the building. It has 2 bathrooms, 3 regular bedrooms (2 with a queen bed, 1 with bunk beds), and 1 room we use as a bedroom with a king bed that is open to the common space. The room with a king bed has floor-to-ceiling curtains which close it off to provide some privacy but please note that this room does not have a door. The condo features both a gas and a wood burning fireplace that you can cozy up to while the snow falls or when you return after skiing in fresh powder. Put on your equipment at the condo and ski down to the Boulder or Stagecoach lifts at Heavenly.

Our neighbors are friendly and familiar with the slopes so feel free to say hello and maybe they might give you tips on where to find the best skiing.

We provide a few sleds and hand warmers to help you enjoy your visit. Shoveling and snow removal are taken care of daily.

Our home also features hot chocolate for the kids, drip coffee maker, and a french press to perk you up in the morning. Additional small appliances available for use include: waffle maker, popcorn machine, blender, and Soda Stream. We may be able to provide additional kitchen supplies on request.

To keep you comfortable we provide warm blankets, humidifiers, and small space heaters. In case the views and skiing are not enough entertainment, there are a few puzzles, board games, Wi U, Apple TV (1), Chromecast (4), USB outlets, and TVs in every room.

There's wifi and a desk space in one of the bedrooms in case any business travelers need to get work done. Wifi covers throughout the entire unit.

The Tahoe Village community hot tub and pool are open for the summer (pool closes in the winter).
