«We stayed for a birthday trip with 6 people. The company stated they had sent all we needed to access the house but when we got there there was a lock box with no code provided we stood in the freezing cold for 10 minutes waiting for them. Then nobody could provide us with where the spa or pool was. I didn’t ever get a message back via Vrbo or the app the rental company offered. We stayed there for the amenities we never got to use»

«Pros: the view was spectacular from the living room. Cozy snd warm. Bathrooms and kitchen were extremely well equipped. Location was wonderful. 2 minutes from the ski resort. Very quiet and peaceful. Beds were super comfortable. Very clean and organized. Had extras of everything. Cons: heater was turned off when we got there. «Overall we were happy with our accommodations. Kept us cozy during the worst part of blizzard. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfy. Dowwnsides were grill is losing its last working burner, we never got the sauna working and there were some brown stains on some bath towels. We decided not to use them, but there were plenty of other towels to use which was nice.»
