My husband and I and our two sons were very comfortable...our daughters, who are students at State, brought friends over to play cards, we had other friends staying in the neighborhood, so we felt very "at home"! The kitchen is nice and well-equipped, the front porch is great for morning coffee, and the living room TV is perfect for watching a game or movie as a family.»

«This property is located very close to campus and was the perfect rental for our family ! Hostess is awesome and responded very quickly with my questions. We had 6 people and 2 dogs staying and our graduate and boyfriend hanging out and we all fit very comfortably. Kitchen is well appointed as well as sundries ! Backyard space is awesome !»

«The Sunflower House was perfect for our family during Super Bulldog Weekend. The house was perfectly appointed and had plenty of space for our family of 4. The location is super convenient to campus and Downtown/Cotton District. Even when the Saturday baseball game got rained out, it was nice to go back to the house and relax on the couch and watch a movie. The weather did allow for us to take advantage of the patio and outdoor games but we plan on being back for football season. They have done ...
