«My wife and I stayed at this cabin on our honeymoon 15 years ago. We returned to Candlelight for our anniversary and it was fantastic! The new owners have maintained and improved the cabin so well, and were fantastic hosts. The location is so convenient to everything that Red River Gorge has to offer ands is the perfect retreat after a long day on the trails.»

«Place nicely kept and easy to find. Entry code didn’t work so was a bit of a hassle to get in. Management responded quickly and fixed the issue so it was a minor inconvenience. Couldn’t get Wi-Fi connection and some highway noise was the biggest negative.»

«We only stayed one night due to tight schedules, this is a halfway point with our family. The house was immaculate, welcoming, and overall very nice accommodations. Jennifer is a gracious host, and easy to reach. We will stay here any time we meet halfway. We got to explore a bit, lots of outdoorsy stuff we want to do each time we visit.»

«This cabin was in a great location being just a short drive to natural bridge state park and Daniel Boone right near the trails for some of the best reviewed hikes and sights in the area. It is a great cabin for those who want to play hard outside during the day and have a comfortable place to crash at night. What stood out most was the cleanliness of this cabin. «Every year there is a group of us ladies that go on a new adventure somewhere. This year happens to be here. What a fabulous place to go to! Great home with all the relaxation we needed! The beds were comfy, pool was fabulous and the home was in a great neighborhood close to all the hiking and exploring we picked to do. The owners were always quick to respond to all questions and easy to work with us on our last min adding a day. Beautiful home!! We greatly enjoyed our stay.»

«This is a nice, cozy cabin. It's private even though there are other nearby cabins. It was well-appointed for a weekend trip. It's a drive to get to it, but they provide detailed directions that are accurate. I would definitely rebook!»

There was a bad storm on Sunday afternoon where the power went out for a few hours and we decided to leave early in case the power was off until next day. «What a cute small home located at the top of a hill and with great privacy! Hope they decide to get a TV for one of the bedrooms in the future but that’s my only complaint!! «As described, but know barn is split between two units. We did not know this at booking; there are separate hot tubs but you share the fire pit and common breezeway. We had great neighbors though :) Also know it’s located in a growing rental property development (20ish rental units across houses/barns/teepee)»
