«The internet was down when we arrived at the property. The TV's relied on streaming so there was no tv. I called the property manger 3 times, never received a call back. The VRBO assistant responded through VRBO text. The internet was restored the following day. We only stayed 2 days so half of our stay was without tv or internet.
