«The room was dirty there was hair all over the wall in the shower the drain was half plugged in the bathtub. There was mold all over the shower head. The filters in the AC were disgusting and shooting out dust. The bed was clean or appeared to be. And the staff was pretty nice. I felt like I needed to clean the room before I could stay there.»

«There was someone else’s hair band laying on one bed, and an unknown substance on the sheets of the second bed. Very squeaky beds. But the worst part, a baby mouse hopped across the floor during our stay and then hid under the bathroom vanity.»

«As soon as we got there the staff couldn't find our Expedia booking even with the confirmation code etc. We selected Pay at the location so they booked us through their system and tried to charge us 310$ when expedia booking had us at 277$.
