«The Condo was clean, large, and well-appointed. It was a 3rd floor corner unit and we had excellent views and a nice breeze at all times. Beach and pool were both very, very nice. Our family of 6 were very comfortable in the accomodations. We will definitely stay here our next time on St. Thomas.»

«The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). Tons of staff driving empty shuttles around, but no room service and minimal housekeeping? Housekeeping only comes every other day and, so, technically, only came once during our 5 day stay and didn't ...

«We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. The beach was well maintained and clean of seaweed. The staff at the Club were very welcoming and helpful. The in-room service and housekeeping were great! It truly was like a home away from home. «We had such a lovely time at the resort!!! The room was beautiful and exactly as pictures, and details noted! GORGEOUS VIEW!!! It was easy to maneuver around the resort and get help when needed! The pool was perfect, and the beach better. We just loved the ongoing interactive activities at the pool each day! There was wonderful snorkeling too, which included a shoal of squid, barracuda, eel, and so many more! Thank you so much!!!»
