«The cottage was on a beautiful property with widows to watch the sunrise from a comfortable sofa or chairs with our coffee . The views are relaxing and worthy of your expenses. River in back had ducks waddling from your windows, or a bench but it was chilly. So cozy and the pictures are true but the experience is much more. Jillian the host is responsive to anything that makes your stay better. Will stay again. »

«My friends and I stumbled upon this property when looking for places to stay close to Knoxville on our road trip. We loved that this would be a special experience - more unique (and also more reasonably priced for some new college grads) than a hotel inside the city. We did have to drive about 30 minutes into Knoxville to pick up some food, but it was not a problem for us. There were 3 of us which housed us perfectly in the Fish House. Could not recommend this place more. Check in/out was easy ...
