«This place is great for couples! But while we were there it rained and water starting seeping thru the joints of the floor! The hot tub wasn’t clean and we were afraid to take the cover off afraid it would completely fall apart! When using the sink in the bathroom it smelled so strong like sewer water couldn’t even brush teeth! Reached out to the owner but never heard anything!»

«The views were amazing. Unfortunately, the house is pretty run-down. The hot tub was not working, and the HVAC fan did not turn off. Doors wouldn't close without force—front door keybad as old and damaged. The host seemed to know the hot tub was an issue, and with it being super cold, we were pretty disappointed. Been to the Smokies 5 times, and this is the worst place, unfortunately.»
