«I stayed here one night in October 2024. I ended up at this hotel because most in Suceava were full, on a last minute trip, and am glad for the discovery! I got an executive room, and it was indeed spacious and confortable. Divided into two spaces, one with couch, armoire and clothes hanger; the other with the sleeping room, King bed, coffee machine, and fridge (empty, but they do sell snacks and drinks at reception). «We’ve had a great experience with our stay. This is the second year we are seeing my parents and stay at this place for a few days. This time we spent ten days in Piatra Neamț and this hotel was exactly what we needed and expected. Very clean, the cleaning crew did an amazing job throughout the week, very quick in responding to any questions we had during our stay, looking forward to our next vacation in one year. »

«Great new hotel with nice rooms. During winter the heating is on full force and not able to adjust down more than a couple of degrees. Expect to sleep in 23-25 degrees. It can be solved by sleeping with an open window (which stops the heating in your room), but then expect the neighbourhood dogs to keep you awake through the night. The restaurant is quite good, but red wine by the glass is served too warm and probably 2 days too old.»
