Also the listing didnt say there was a 2nd rental on same property and had to share parking . When I learned of the sale and had to rebook with new owner ,,she was very helpful with that. When we got to the house there were a few things to address ,,again the new owner was helpful with what she could . The house hadn't transfered to the new owner yet. If ...
