Easy to access, the home, the beach, downtown and local amenities and attractions all while being nestled on a quiet residential block where our home is extremely private and peaceful.

For reservations made for December 7th, 2023, all check-in instructors will be provided at or after 9pm Est.

The home comes with a private driveway, comfortably parking 2 cars. It is nestled on a quiet street yet only 6 minutes away from everything - the beautiful St Pete beach, grocery stores, coffee shops, gas stations, etc. Truly an ideal location!

Pool is heated, games and activities like horse shoes, corn hole, and pool floats and toys included.
Our home is nestled on a beautiful, quiet and residential street. We love our neighbors and our environment! This is the perfect location for you if you want to be in a relaxing space but close to the beach, shops, restaurants and more!

No smoking inside the house.

Early check-in is $50/hour, on best efforts, and must be pre-approved at least 48 hours prior to the reservation.

Late check out is $100/hour, on best efforts, and must be pre-approved at least 48 hours in advance.

A house guidebook will be provided prior to your stay for all the relevant details of the house operation.
