Enjoy a compact Clearwater Beach stay at Coral Resort D-4. Two twin Murphy beds and a full-size futon offer flexible sleeping within the three-guest maximum. The studio includes a kitchen, dining space and walk-in shower. Shared amenities include a heated waterfront pool, fishing dock, courtyard and grill, with Gulf beach access about two blocks away. Beach chairs and towels, one parking space and Wi-Fi are included. Shared laundry is available on site.

NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. HOA Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and present at check-in. This is a mandatory HOA policy.

Enjoy a serene waterfront suite on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach. The beach is just 2 blocks away, with water views right outside your door. Cafes, restaurants, and bars are steps away, while the resort offers a heated, waterview pool and landscaped courtyard. Free parking is available on-site.

Free parking (parking pass must be displayed on dashboard to avoid getting towed)
Important: Each reservation is limited to one vehicle and one parking space only. When arriving earlier than 4pm, please park at any public pay parking spaces nearby Coral Resort to avoid getting towed at the Coral Resort parking lot.

Laundry facilities on-site:
- Guests MUST download the "CoinPay Mobil" app before using the washer & dryer; once downloaded, they can scan to operate the machines. App is required!
- Credit cards only; regular machines $2.50 wash / $2.50 dry, large machines $3.00 wash / $3.00 dry.

Neighborhood
Beachside location with bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants within walking distance. No car needed.

Getting around
Everything is walkable.

Other things to note
This is a private unit at a resort; we manage only select top-tier units and have no control over amenities outside the unit.

Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program - you're covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine.

The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.
While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Pack 'n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE:
Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay - please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm.

- ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
