⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom are currently under construction. These areas will not be accessible during your stay. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until end of the year 2025. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the entire resort and its facilities.

Pinellas County is undertaking a 2025 beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Clearwater Beach
• Scheduled timeline for Clearwater Beach: October – November 2025
• During this period, there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise.
• Property easements are still being accepted for certain areas.

Guests have access to the entire resort and its amenities.
LAUNDRY FACILITY: Guest laundry is available on site. Machines accept credit cards only. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Larger machines are $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry.

We do not have any formal affiliation with the Coral Resort nor do we have any control or care over the shared amenities. Our team is available 24/7 for your questions, concerns, and safety. Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)
