Pool OPEN!! Clearwater Beach Studio- On The Water and Walkable to Fun!!

Welcome to Bayside Condos, located at the Southern end of Clearwater Beach! This community is conveniently located within walking distance to so many things to do (for all ages!), restaurants, shops, nightlife, and of course- world famous Clearwater Beach and Pier 60. Bayside Condos is also located directly on the intercoastal waterway, and features a large dock with outdoor seating and a heated pool for you to enjoy while you're here.

Head up the elevator to the second floor where this studio is located- you can see the Sand Key bridge and water on one side, and the intercoastal water and docks on the other! Inside this comfortable studio is two queen sized beds (to sleep 4 people comfortably). There is a walk in closet with some beach gear for you to use, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower.

Further inside the studio is where you'll find the kitchenette- with a two burner cooktop, convection microwave, fridge and freezer, and the necessities to cook up your favorite meals and snacks. There is a dining table that seats 4, and a comfortable sitting area with a smart TV. Don't forget about the balcony that overlooks the pool, plus a side view of the intercoastal water!

Enjoy our Florida weather while you enjoy coffee or happy hour on the balcony, or lounge by the heated pool all day. This building is located about 0.5 of a mile to the famous white sandy beaches of Clearwater Beach (a 10-15 minute walk to the closest public access). We are also right across the bridge from Sand Key Park- where there is plenty of parking and even more calm Gulf waters and white sandy beaches to enjoy (1.4 miles away over the bridge)! Pier 60 is just 1 mile away where you can enjoy the main hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach- with events, fishing at the end of the Pier, more shops and restaurants, and sunset festivals almost every night! John's Pass Historic Fishing Village in Madeira Beach is just 14.5 miles away and boasts even more fun for the whole family.

Among the other amenities this community has to offer is a community gas grill with picnic tables on the dock and by the pool, an elevator, and coin laundry facilities for your convenience.

There is no smoking allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Thank you in advance for adhering to the NO SMOKING rules.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Please note: there is no fishing allowed off of the dock at the community.
For the safety of your children and in consideration of other guests, parents must always supervise their children.
The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.
