The bright living room view takes you to the private balcony. Step outside to enjoy the sights and sounds of the marina and soak up the Florida sunshine.

The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, primary bedroom has a king bed with a private ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom a twin-over-full bunk beds. The full guest bathroom is just off the living area, making this a great layout for families.

The Gulf beach is just across the street and we have made it easy by providing beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a wagon for your day on the sand!

Easy walk to John’s Pass Village with shops, cafes, fresh seafood, dolphin tours, and watersports.

Your pup is welcome too, with one dog allowed and the condo is equipped with high-speed WiFi and a parking pass for 1 vehicle.

We are dedicated to providing a wonderful guest experience and are readily available whenever assistance is needed. As local hosts, we’re happy to share our knowledge and help you enjoy the best of beach living.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- We are dog friendly so bring your bestie. 1 dog allowed (25 lb max) with a pet fee. Any damages caused by your pet are not covered by this fee. No aggressive breeds.
