Overall it was good.

We had a good trip. Good location, close to beach. Small pool that had cigarette bits floating when we went. And my grandson’s necklace was stolen from the poolside.Bathtub faucet needs work. Patio door doesn’t shut well and therefore we couldn’t lock it most of our stay.. the unit was clean.

Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! Close to everything, this condo had everything you could ask for. If there was anything to point out, the cable box needs replaced and for avid coffee drinkers the baby 4 cup machine is simply not adequate. Please consider upgrading to a full size pot or a Keurig for the unit. Thank you so much for an enjoyable time. We'll be back! Thank you!

Excellent location of the building not so much the unit

Great property, great location next to the beach walking distance to all sorts of food, drink and activities. Unit we were in was very nice but a few short comings. We will look at staying with the same property next year just not that unit. Pool was very nice, small but workable since you are within 3 minutes walking to the beach. Our unit did not have beach towels and the 2-cup coffee pot was inadequate as we are coffee drinkers.

Madeira bay resort location was conveniently walkable to John’s pass, shopping, dining, and Beach. We loved that the room was equipped with beach chairs, cooler, and everything we needed during our stay. Our only suggestion would be a larger coffee maker as we had 4 adults, all coffee drinkers working with a 4 cup pot. We would stay here again

Wonderful stay

We had a great time on our stay. Though we used the kitchen very little, it was likely one of the best stocked kitchens we've had over the years that we've done vacation rentals. The furnishings were lovely and the bed was comfortable. It was just a quick walk to the beautiful beach! The wagon, chairs, and umbrella that were furnished in the unit were SO helpful to have. We had never been to this area before and would certainly return and stay in this unit again. Highly recommend, especially for the price!

Amazing 10 Day Stay

Stayed in this property for 10days, I very rarely give reviews, but this place was as close to perfect as it gets, close to the beach and restaurants. The family are already making plans for us to come back soon. Only downside was the barking dog next door to the development.

Awesome location with short walk to Johns Pass and right across street from beautiful Madeira Beach. Condo was clean, spacious and as described online. Pool was clean and not crowded. Check in was easy. Lots of parking available-area was well lit.

Lovely visit

Apartment has everything you could possibly need for a stay. We loved having the beach items and pool noodles for use, absolutely ideal. Everyone slept really well. Great not to be right on the main road. Easy walk down to Johns Pass for dinner. Thanks so much for making our stay easy.

Location, location, location!

Pros: 1. The check-in process was easy. Love the codes to get into the doors and ability to change the codes. 2. the condo was amazingly close to the beach. When you come out the front door, you come to a crosswalk across the crosswalk and you’re in a small parking lot which leads to the beach. It is almost as good as being right on the beach. 3. the pool was perfectly heated. My kids are used to swimming in heated pools indoors all winter, so they have become accustomed to warm water, albeit in 70 to 80° weather. 4. there is a good array of kitchen items available. I was pleased to find a couple nonstick pans in decent condition in the back of the pantry. I really hate seeing nonstick pans at rentals cause they’re all scraped up. 5. the location of the rental is one block away from John’s Pass, which is a cute village of boutique stores, ice cream, shops, and bars. There are also some great restaurants along the water. 6. It was nice to have a closet full of beach, toys, wagon, and a couple of working chairs. We threw out a couple of broken chairs after getting permission. 7. It was nice to have a good restaurant right next-door called the Mad Beach Cantina, which has happy hour, between 12 to 5 PM weekdays. Cons: 1. The majority of the natural light comes from the sliding door, which is in the master bedroom, so if that door is closed, there is only one window in the living room that allows light in so if you’re looking for a place with a lot of natural lighting, this might not be the place for you. 2. The dryer is very loud and takes a very long time to dry. It does not really work if you said it to a certain amount of minutes. We found that selecting more dry was the most effective. 3. The drawers in the bedrooms are actually quite small. 4. The mattresses are not the most comfortable. I prefer for mattresses, so the soft mattress might be right for you, but my back started hurting after the second night. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons, and I would definitely stay here again, if I were to come back to Madeira Bay. Thank you!!

Beautiful condo and view

We stayed in this condo for 5 nights and it was wonderful. We’ve also stayed in Tresor which is also very nice but we like this condo location and Sorrento tower better. We had beautiful sunrise views and loved every minute of our stay!

Perfect Working-Vacay spot right across from the beach

This property is amazingly located right across from the beach. Extremely clean and well-represented by the photos online. I'm obsessed with the balcony and sliding doors with screen that allowed me to work with a constant ocean breeze.
