    203 Crimson har to mastersuiter. Den første har en king canopy seng med walkout balkong. Badet inkluderer doble vasker, nikkelkraner, doble speil, rammeløse dusjdører og granittbenker. Den andre mesteren har en king size-seng og gå ut balkong. Twin senger, møblere det tredje soverommet. Alle soverommene har nytt sengetøy og har plass til seks personer komfortabelt. The condo was a great set up and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of beds. The only thing was the Master Bedroom bed was hard and they do not supply beach chairs. Being on the beach, chairs are a must. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay here again.

Crimson Property Management

Crimson needs to catch up on repairs after the storm Way behind other properties but the unit we stay in is great.

Great condo

Property was very clean. Nice location. Just a couple little things, fans and beds very noisy. I wish they would upgrade building and condo to card swipe or code locks. Hard when hands are full to use keys.

View of ocean was great! Balcony large enough for all six of us to be comfortable.Great having games, puzzles and books available to use. Games were good at night!Property lacked basic kitchen items and paper products - no paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, etc. No beach essentials - towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. Would be a good touch.Parking under building was nice to keep car cool! Access to beach is nice - having to use a key to get onto and off of beach could be a challenge as we had 3 couples but only 2 keys avaialble.Pool area was small and property didn’t have area around pool similar to properties on either side. Would have been nice to have lounge chairs and such.All around great space with many amenities! Great location - easy to go over to boardwalk for food, shopping and water tours (jet ski, Dolphin tours, etc.)

Condo great-Property needs TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The actual condo was amazing! Plenty of space and adequate dishes to cook and eat with in a truly functional capacity. The Crimson property is still in disrepair from the hurricanes last fall. All the properties next to them are repaired and quite nice, but the pool and fence situation made us feel like we were in a prison yard. No beach vibe at all. That was very disappointing and made me listen to my husband complain about it for the whole week. The HOA needs to get it together because many vacationers were not happy about the pool area. Also the office staff seemed to take offense when questioned about the repairs and spoke to us like we were stupid because of the hurricane. Just some forewarning about the pool and hot tub area would have been nice.

Trash odor on property is bad. The flimsy trash bags provided are always going to break open in the trash shoot which may contribute to open trash.

Wonderful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Condo was a beautiful 3-bedroom 3 bath unit. Beautifully decorated with beautiful etched full length mirrors in each bathroom. The furniture was very comfortable, the TV a large screen for everyone to enjoy.The only problem is the one guest room did not have sufficient A/C. It was very hot in there especially right before the sun going down. The A/C was not fixed, but the problem was resolved.The Hot Tub was spectacular. Very Hot and Relaxing. The pool was a nice size. Pool maintenance could have been better. The pool person left and there were still leaves and debris in the bottom. He took some of it but not all.I am only giving 4 stars because of the A/C. It was a perfect location and a beautiful condo. Hopefully the owners will have it fixed.

My recommendations for the new owners,a thorough cleaning, louvered doors are dirty, some pots and pans need cleaning, if not updated. Knives are not sharp, and a griddle would be a great addition. If you are doing a major renovation, an entry into the guest bath from the bedroom would be wonderful, for when adults are staying in the twin room.

Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy, Barbara was friendly, very nice and extremely helpful. We got to our condo, it’s a beautiful place. Very high end furniture throughout. It’s the small things that made me not so happy. Toaster needs to be replaced ASAP. We had 45 wine and Margarita glasses which was REALLY overkill. 4 teaspoons, a million knives that were not sharp. mix matched dishes. No hairdryer in any bathroom, no shelves in showers. The floors were dirty in the kitchen and living room. The pool was dirty everyday. No restrooms by the pool. YUCK! For the price we paid these things should have been taken care of before we arrived.

Could be cleaner

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Crimson 203 was overall a very nice condo. Updates, room sizes, and comfort were all commendable. However, the unit was not without major problems. The first day I walked around the condo without shoes, my feet were black as coal on the bottom. Thankfully, there were supplies for me to clean the floors, but I would have expected them to be clean before we got there. The master bathroom smelled like urine, and there was a spot of mold in the northeast corner of the master bedroom (with the ocean view). Finally—and perhaps worst of all—one of the shower doors fell onto my mother while she was showering on the first morning. Luckily, she wasn’t injured, and to their credit, the owners (or Sunhost?) ensured the door was repaired in short order. Nevertheless, I was disappointed in all of the issues we experienced during our stay.
