The layout is perfect for groups:

Ground floor: 1-car garage and parking for 3 vehicles total (for that coveted beach parking), ping pong table, and beach gear

Main floor: King bedroom, full guest bath, kitchen, dining (table + bar seating), and living room

Third floor: King suite with ensuite bath, queen bedroom, and a twin-over-full bunk/trundle room with shared bath

Fourth floor: Another king suite with ensuite bath and direct access to the rooftop lounge

An elevator makes getting around easy, and while there’s a community pool, most guests head straight across the street to the beach. Whether you`re gathering for a special occasion or a sun-soaked vacation, this home is made for memory-making.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

This is a fun, lively space made for memory-making! We welcome groups looking to celebrate and enjoy the beach life, but ask that all guests be respectful of neighbors and house rules. No events or parties are permitted, and only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Let’s keep the vibes good for everyone!
Pets - we are dog friendly only with pet fee. Not cat friendly. Maximum 1 dog and no puppies under one year, no aggressive breeds, 35 lb weight limit. Rooftop IS NOT TO BE USED FOR PET RELIEF.

The responsible party booking and staying at the townhome must be 24 years of age or older.

City of Madeira Beach quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, this is enforced by local law enforcement.

This property is not suitable for parties that include non-registered guests. All guests that will be staying/visiting the property must be registered.

Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.

1 Dog is permitted with a $200 non-refundable fee.

All Madeira Beach Municipal Laws must be followed.

Guests are responsible for removing all personal items, the host is not responsible for any items left behind.

Upon Checkout, the trash Must be taken out and the dishwasher started. If the trash can is full in the garage, please take out all extra trash to the dumpster. Nothing should be outside of the can. If the trash is not removed, there is a $75 excessive trash fee that will be charged to your account!
