Welcome To Madeira Place 410

The Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street! You will have access to the most spectacular views from the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed. The living room has a full sleeper sofa. A fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances and cookware will make cooking for your family a great experience if you choose to dine in. No worries about dirty clothes, this unit is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer.
Cable and Wi-Fi are included at no additional cost.

This is a family friendly place with enough to keep you entertained all day. Enjoy the large pool or have a cook-out using the gas grill available for all to use. You will enjoy shelling, fishing, biking, and building the best sandcastles as you watch the sunsets. Paddle Board, kayak, boat, and bicycle rentals are within minutes. Located within walking distance of John's Pass Village where shopping, dining and activities abound.

You will want to come back to this home away from home every year! Time flies when you are having so much fun!

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

Clean, close to the beach

We loved having access to the beach in less than 5 minute walk! The condo was well kept and clean! Pool was fabulous and residents friendly!

Lots of issues

No one contacted us how to check in. They were working on the roof for 5 out of the 7 days we were there. Continually problems with the air conditioner. Construction going on across the street. Very very noisy area. The condo itself is very clean, cute and spacious. While the balcony overlooked the main drag, it was tough to sit out at night due to the loud traffic.

This is our second stay here. Can’t beat the price! Love the pool and the easy access to the beach. The people here are super friendly. Was really bummed when the pool was closed the last 4 days of our second week stay but the owner gave us a 50.00 gift card. King bed is comfy and the pull out sofa is ok for kids. We brought our own umbrella, sand toys and chairs but was grateful for the beach wagon. Left a pizza pan and toaster for others to use. We enjoyed our two weeks!

Beautiful place!

It was fine

It's not 5 star lodging, but it's fine for small families. My kids slept on the pullout couch. The wife and I slept in the bed which is pretty mushy. There's some beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and wagon to use. Picture a small apartment with everything you need for a beach stay. The washing machine was broken when we stayed there so plan on doing your laundry down by the pool. Overall, a good place to stay for a vacation...

Just as advertised

This condo is clean, well stocked, close to the beach and quiet. We were very pleased with our stay. With the condo just off the beach it's quiet at the property other than the road noise when windows are open. The large closet had beach chairs and a wagon to use for the beach days. Close enough to walk to John's Pass for shopping and with a stocked kitchen you don't have to eat out, unless you want to. The Winn-Dixie near by has all you will need for groceries. Having the pool and BBQ area were added bonuses. Took us a minute to find the hidden pool/gate key in the condo so check in with property management about where that key is located.

Anniversary Getaway

Fantastic Time

Madeira Beach

This location was a great stay if you want to enjoy just the beach. Madeira Beach is gorgeous and was never overwhelmed with people. The condo was clean and had every amenity we required. A short walk across the street and we were on the beach. Our only disappointment was the lack of choices for food and drinks. This also can be a blessing as it forced us to really enjoy just the beach and not be overwhelmed with food and drink options.

Nice condo in good location

The condo looked just like the pictures and was clean when we arrived. We loved the proximity to the beach, and appreciated the nice collection of beach chairs in the huge walk in closet. Most condos only come with starter supplies, but this one had a lot of extras. We didn’t mind the road noise since the balcony had a great view, we even saw dolphins in the water. Also with the doors and windows closed the condo was very quiet. It was also nice to have Caddy’s restaurant across the street and Sweet Brewnette coffee shop next door. The pool looked nice too, although we did not use it. We had a great time!

Easy to rent. I was called to confirm my arrival. The only thing I suggest is to do some work fixing up the master bath hence my 3 rating on cleanliness. Location was great.

Good location

Close proximity to the gulf. Because it is facing the boulevard, it is very noisy when sitting on the balcony. Soap left in shower, lots of food left from previous occupants made us question how well the unit had been cleaned prior to our stay.
