The Space:

The open layout lets you linger over a slow morning coffee indoors before stepping out to the backyard for a splash in the pool or a game on the putting green. Whether you gather for a lively board game, relax by the fire pit, or simply enjoy the warm Clearwater breeze, the villa offers space to play, relax, and connect.



Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms provide a comfortable setup for up to nine guests. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, holds two Queen Beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, features a King Bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, includes a Bunk Bed Twin over Full. Bedroom 4, Color circle, offers another King Bed. Two bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials and hot water.



Indoor living

The spacious living area encourages easy gathering, with a TV and a dedicated workspace for downtime or remote tasks. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable year‑round. Adjacent, the game room adds a pool table, foosball table, poker table, and arcade machines, all with a view of the backyard.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances lets you prepare meals with ease. The indoor‑outdoor dining space flows naturally from the kitchen, offering ample room for family meals or casual snacks under the open sky.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool framed by comfortable outdoor furniture. A fire pit, putting green, and an outdoor bar with a minifridge provide multiple ways to enjoy the warm climate. The fenced backyard ensures privacy, while free on‑site and street parking add convenience.



Essentials & conveniences

A washer and dryer, Wi‑Fi, and smart lock simplify everyday needs. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage are provided. Families will appreciate the Pack ’n play/Travel crib and high chair. The home is pet‑friendly, welcoming furry companions without extra hassle.

Located near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater, the villa sits in a peaceful residential area while keeping you close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home!



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
