Inside, you'll find a welcoming open-plan living area featuring a Smart TV and WiFi, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, oven, hob, fridge, and freezer, and includes a small dining area for two. Step out onto the private balcony overlooking the lively square—an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening drink while soaking up the atmosphere.



The bedroom features a double bed that can be separated into two single beds upon request, while the living room offers a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. Air conditioning and heating ensure a pleasant stay year-round, and you’ll also have access to an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer for your convenience.



The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. However, please note that there are approximately 20 steps to reach the lift from the entrance.



Please note: Bay’s Square is currently undergoing a refurbishment to enhance the area. While some works may be visible or heard during the day, this exciting project will soon transform the square into a more beautiful and welcoming space—perfect for future visitors. Most businesses around the square remain open and fully operational.
