«Had a great stay here. Lots of restaurants and a small convenience store within walking distance. We had a small plumbing problem in the apartment but the owners/management were very quick to send maintenance so what could have been a large problem was only a minor inconvenience. Parking was available but it was street parking so no dedicated spot. We were fortunate to find spots close by each day but during peak travel months it might not be so convenient (we travelled in October).»

"The main problem was the temperature in the room. It was impossible to control the AC individually, and with only a ceiling fan available, the room felt like a constant sauna. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it very difficult to breathe and nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, we experienced an issue after our room was cleaned. We had been explicitly instructed to leave the power card in the slot at all times so the ceiling fan could run. However, when we returned after being out all day, the cleaning staff had pulled the card out anyway. As a result, the room was unbearably hot when we got back. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk during check-out, the receptionist appeared annoyed and exasperated by our complaint. I found this to be quite unprofessional when handling a legitimate customer concern."

"Service was wonderful, had a penthouse room. Very nice, spacious room, great balcony. Nice pool for families, but also a secluded area above the pool area for more peaceful tanning. No problems overall, enjoyed our stay. AC was a little slow to cool down the room, we just left the card in the door and it was no problem after a day out."

"From the beginning, there was a serious water leak in our room that flooded the floor. We were given a new room, which we appreciated. However, this room was also affected by a leak from the room above, with water coming through the bathroom ceiling. We also experienced a loss of electricity in our room on one occasion, and another day there was no water in the bathroom for all guests. On the positive side, we want to highlight that the maintenance team responded quickly each time and tried to fix the issues promptly. We have also been patient and cooperative throughout our stay, and we asked for compensation due to the inconvenience. We were told we would receive a response within 2–3 days, but we have not heard back. Overall, while staff responsiveness was good in the moment, the number of serious issues and the lack of follow-up regarding our complaint affected our overall experience."
