«Some young girl occupied the place when we arrived. She sent us next door to the hosts house. He said there had been a plumbing issue and he had canceled our stay with VRBO weeks before…said sorry but was flippant. By the way, the place looked bad compared to the listing pictures. We finally got an agent who helped in the process of reimbursement and offered us some sort of compensation for 120 and help with the cost of another VRBO…but could find one for us because “he was in a different time ...
