«Es hat uns wahnsinnig gefallen! Alles top!»

«Bad customer service in the reception, no help when the air conditioning doesn’t work in the room, the air conditioning in the hotel generally is very bad, the self check-in was horrible. Asked for two single beds when booking the stay, but receive one big king size bed, not good. Other than that, very modern and clean rooms.»

«Great room for the price, nothing to complaint. Room is as described. Limited front desk working time, but very helpful and very kind, I appreciated their help when I had a problem with the bill. Considered a bit far from Central Berlin, but very close to an S-Bahn station, so not a problem. Would recommend if on a budget!»

«The Bensimon features very large apartments nicely renovated. The communication process was superb. The room was spotless and quiet. It overlooked a central courtyard characteristic of Berlin apartments. It was easy to get to by Tram. We would stay again.»

«Just stay away, terrible experience, dirty and smelly starting from reception area, lift and the rooms. Only possible to check in using self service and the booking reference received from hotels.com not recognised. Guy at reception couldn’t help either but after a long wait late in the night they were able to provide another reference nr they had which worked for self check in. Check out time 10:00 so had to pay another 15 euro per room for late check out. So all in all extremely bad experience ...
