Welcome to this spacious haven in the heart of St. Louis, Missouri! This modern and spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. Designed to accommodate up to 15 guests and perfect retreat for families and groups ensuring plenty of space to relax and unwind.
The main level welcomes you with a cozy living room, plush seating, and a large TV, leading into a generous dining area with seating for ten and a decorative upright piano. The adjacent kitchen, complete with additional bar seating, flows seamlessly into a second gathering space, making it ideal for entertaining.
Upstairs, you'll find four separate bedrooms, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a laundry room for added convenience. The primary suite features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a spacious closet, along with a TV for private relaxation. Additional bedrooms include a kids' room with a bunk bed and a trundle, a queen bedroom, and a private twin bedroom.
The lower level boasts a fully finished basement, serving as the 5th bedroom studio suite, offering 1,000 sq ft of additional space. This area includes two queen beds, a sleeper futon, a sleeper chair, a kitchenette with a dining space, a TV, game tables, an exercise bike, and a private bathroom with a shower.
Step outside to enjoy a fenced backyard perfect for outdoor gatherings. A covered two-car carport and an EV charger is also available for your convenience. Situated in a safe and modern neighborhood, this home is just one mile from Top Golf and SLU, surrounded by newly constructed single-family homes. Ring cameras are installed in the front and back for added security.

PET FRIENDLY POLICY
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet; a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. PARKING DETAILS
If you're arriving with more than two cars, please reach out to us with any questions! This is a residential neighborhood, and street parking for non-residents is NOT allowed. Additionally, please ensure that you do not block driveways, alleys, or access points of neighboring homes. Commercial vehicles (large trucks, trailers, oversized vans) are not permitted in front of the home or within residential areas.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to respect the local community throughout your stay. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to these community guidelines.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited at all times.
Guest & Visitor Policy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unapproved gatherings, events, or additional visitors are not permitted and may result in removal without a refund.
Neighborhood Courtesy: Please be mindful of our neighbors by avoiding unnecessary outdoor activity at night, loitering near other homes, or blocking shared access areas.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, cancellation of your reservation, or immediate removal from the property without a refund. These policies are in place to ensure a respectful and enjoyable environment for all guests and neighbors. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you!
LOCAL BOOKING POLICY
To ensure the best experience for all our guests and maintain the integrity of our home, we do not allow reservations from guests who reside locally (within the same city or surrounding area as the property). This policy has been implemented due to an overwhelming amount of local bookings, unexpected birthday parties, gatherings, and a large number of unconfirmed guests in our properties. To prevent further incidents, we are enforcing stricter screening for local reservations. If you are a local resident looking to book for a special circumstance, please reach out before booking. Unapproved local reservations are subject to cancellation.
