Private Basement - Two King Beds and Hot Tub

Welcome to our private and cozy basement retreat with a Hot Tub and relaxing hang out space underneath a waterproofed underside of a deck!

This fully private walk-out basement suite is made for couples, friends, and work travelers who want space to relax.

The space
• 2 king beds with quality mattresses and fresh linens
• Dedicated desk and fast Wi-Fi, great for remote work
• Kitchen stocked with the essentials for cooking in
• Washer/dryer combo, ideal for longer stays
• Coffee, toilet paper and other basics provided

Location
Tucked into a quiet, safe residential street, you`re a short drive from Main Street St. Charles: restaurants, wineries, boutiques and the riverfront. Local favorites include Salt + Smoke, Tony`s Steak House and Course Coffee.

Good to know
• Private entrance: you`ll walk along the side of the house and down a gentle slope to reach the door
• Owner occupied home upstairs
• The back yard does get played in some by the family who lives upstairs
• Free parking on the right side of the driveway
• Self check-in at 4 PM, check-out at 10 AM
• Sleeps up to 4 · No pets · No smoking indoors

Weekly and monthly stays welcome!

Although we do not like fees, in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
• We are NOT pet friendly at this location. Bringing a pet will result in a $250 fee.
• Strict NO SMOKING inside. Smoking inside will result in a $250 fee.
• Items left behind can be shipped back to you for a $25 fee plus shipping costs.
• An unapproved late check-out will result in a $50 fee.
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are NOT pet friendly at this location.
If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
In the event that an excess cleaning above and beyond a normal clean is required, we have to charge 250 for extra time spent.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
