The property was advertised as having a fenced yard. It was not fully fenced.This was one of the main reasons why I chose this property,so I could relax and not have to take my dogs out on leashes. It also showed a big deep,clawfoot bathtub,another reason I chose this property.The faucets did not work to fill it. After a windy day,bare electrical wire was hanging off the side of the house from the roof. It looked like a bag of wiring was left on the roof! The bedding in the Master bdrm had dark hair all over the fitted sheet. Not mine. Im a blonde. Basement door had no way to secure it shut,nor did the attic door.We opened the attic door thinking it was a closet. The ceiling was falling down over the stairs and there was loose insulation everywhere.There was a Home Depot bucket of spackling left near the front door.The stove,which was gas,would ignite a burner,but the rest of the burners continued to click and throw sparks. The kitchen began to smell like gas and we were afraid to use it.We notified them each time something was wrong and they said thanks for telling them.Then the last day they offered another night for 40% off. I said it should be free based on the fact the house was not ready to rent and they falsely advertised a fenced yard and a tub with no water. They never responded to this. Ive used Vrbo several times and have always been pleased.NOT THIS TIME!! I have photos of some of these things if you want to see them.This house is definitely not safe for families.
