When we walked further back into the property, there were several cottages that were completely run down, needed repairs, weeds growing everywhere, really an eye-sore. «We loved how close everything was to the resort, lots of options for dining and fun excursions that were pretty close by. The resort was really nice and a great stretch of private beach. Most days it was pretty quiet, but some days we had people from cruise ships using the resort for the day. Met lot s of nice people. Plenty of amenities in the resort, so you don't have to venture out as much. Overall a great experience.»

«The room was large & cleaned everyday. Staff was friendly & helped get the bags to the room. On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. «I like the view and the dolphins. I dislike the lack of supplies such as a broom & dust pan, no paper towel , no hand soap, I had to beg for towels . The pillows on bed were horrible. There were an iron board but no iron had to ask for that . My list of dislike shouldn’t have been & these thing must be provided to your guests moving forward.»
