«Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom design is flawed so water from shower runs in entire bathroom. Travel with a univerval power adapters. Staff are helpful but the rooms need a phone to contact reception and security. Property needs a few more cleaners and groundsmen to clean the stairs and maintain the outside spaces. Property should put welcome water, two tea bags, and starter dish washing liquid and sponge.»

«My niece and I were on an island-hopping vacation and hesitated to stay there with an understanding that it was isolated and cut off from everything. Although it is not in close proximity, it takes only 15 minutes and is definitely worth the ride. We had the time of our lives and totally enjoyed Koi Resort for so many great things. «Too much sea weed on the beach. Music at the pool as too loud and the music as bad....in my opinion the resort should have a "relaxing chill , smooth lounge music selections. I would not return to the hotel for these reasons.»

«This was undoubtedly one of the most unique and memorable experiences of my life. I cannot describe how exhilarating it was to see monkeys stopping by our cottage to drink water from our infinite pool, to take an outdoor bubble bath surrounded by the sounds of the jungle, to lay in the pool chaises and view more stars than I even knew existed.
