«We used this location for our work retreat. The house is beautiful, so spacious, and gave us the seclusion we needed. We fell in love with this location and want to possibly to return next year. Everything is exactly ass described.»

«Some of our family stayed at Oz house while rest stayed at our sons in country. In total there were 26 of us. Wonderful place!!! Loved the theme & the scavenger hunt, our Granddaughter wasn't sure about the Wicked Witch bathroom, but soon she too enjoyed the house. Excellent place to stay.»

«Contacted host about dead bugs all over, cobwebs in corners of rooms, grey little bugs that would be in bathroom sinks and upstairs bedroom floor. Host responded with they will let their cleaning team know. I don’t know when the last time the cleaners came in and the host didn’t say when I asked. The last review was in May 2024 and we stay 6/14-6/16/24.»

«We had to cut our trip short due to family issues but found the property to be very charming and clean. The kitchen appeared well stocked if you needed to cook meals. Quiet street and safe to walk our dogs. About a 15 minute drive to Saint Joseph.»

«The property was as advertised. Large space for entertaining and one very large bedroom with two beds. Property is beautiful. The house sits on two ponds with wildlife around the property. the day of our visit. We were under a tornado watch and the owner, Tanner. Offered us to come stay in his home, which is located right next-door in case the weather got bad. Located just 30 minute drive from Northwest Missouri State.
