«The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). Tons of staff driving empty shuttles around, but no room service and minimal housekeeping? Housekeeping only comes every other day and, so, technically, only came once during our 5 day stay and didn't ...

«My family had a great time at this place! It was so nice and clean. It is steps from the ferry and everything else in Cruz Bay. Loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space for me, my husband and my 18-year-old son who said the pull out couch was comfortable. The place immediately felt like home and the amenities are amazing. Couldn’t have asked for more.»

«The Westin is a beautiful place to stay. The fully AC'd villa was extremely nice to come home to. The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of room to give us all space. You do need to golf cart around the property, but they are quick to respond and all the drivers were great! But bring some ones for tipping often, if you're a tipper. Snorkels at the beach restaurant is good, but drinks can run a bit slow. And I would stay away if all they have is a buffet, but plenty of excellent places to ...
