Nydelig hus med 3 soverom med fantastisk utsikt og romslig dekk

`RendeView` includes a concierge with our Property Manager picking you up from the ferry in Cruz Bay. We have AC`s in each bedroom, a generator (for the islands regular power outages), and the use of our 2018 AWD Honda Pilot that seats 7. Our home is located 7 minutes from Cruz Bay, past the Westin. Besides the amazing views, our guests love our unique showers that allow you to shower while overlooking the beautiful bay below. We offer access to a private beach below at Klein Bay.
The views from our home are spectacular! Includes a chef`s kitchen with a gas stove/oven. The back deck is where you will spend your time. You can hear the breaking waves on Rendezvous Bay & relax with a book & a drink.

Our home is conveniently located 6 mins from downtown Cruz Bay.

Private home with stunning views from almost every room!

Car key and villa key are given to you when we pick you up from the ferry in Cruz Bay. Lock box code given before your trip if you prefer to take a taxi to our home.

We lived in this home for many years but moved back to the states. We have a long time friend that serves as our `On Island Property Manager`. Her and I are available to answer any questions and she can help if something comes up during your stay.

We live off Rendezvous Lane and are about 7 mins away from the ferry. We are easy to find.

Included with this home is a 2018 AWD Honda Pilot, beach chairs, all linens, beach toys, and swimming fins.
There is no landline phone at the house so please be sure to bring your cell phone.

There is a washer and dryer in the house. You will have to supply your own detergent if you plan to use. We ask that you use the washer/dryer sparingly. The house is on cistern water and the house can run out of water if over-used.
Electricity is expensive on STJ. We ask for you to be courteous and not overuse.

We have beach chairs for you to use. We can’t guarantee their condition. Please treat our chairs and beach equipment respectfully and always put it back neatly and cleaned. If there is an issue with the equipment, please let us know so that we can work on replacing it.

Rendeview has it all!

The house had all necessary amenities and was very comfortable for 6 adults. The use of beach gear (chairs, tent for shade, cooler) were just what we needed for our beach days. There is a beautiful cross breeze that helps to cool down kitchen & living room but we were very glad for bedtoom a/c!We were a little bummed the car was not available for use (transportation on island is expensive) but made it work. Dena & Garet were both very responsive with any questions and assisted with finding an on island provisioner to get groceries to house before our arrival. Only problem was stay was too short! Will be back, thank you!

Wonderful home for the week

We had such a wonderful time in St. John, and a big part of it was this home that we rented for the week. From the time I reserved it months ago until our check out and flight home, everything went extremely well. The owner is a great communicator, and was very quick to respond to any questions. The owner has a couple of people on the island, and one of them picked us up at the dock and brought us to the home. His name is Trevor, and he was a very professional and friendly representative. He gave us good tips for shopping and driving, and he even checked up on us during the trip to ensure everything was going well. The home is just wonderful. While there are many things we enjoyed, some of the standout items included the beautiful views off the large porch (see picture), the great location, the wonderful constant breeze through the house from the trade winds, the great kitchen, and the shower in the master! We will definitely look into renting this property again on our next trip to St. John. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful Views

Wonderful property with awesome views. Very spacious and clean. The bedroom air conditioners were great. We were there during a very warm and humid week so the main areas were warm but the open doors and breezes were very helpful. Use of the large car was such a bonus! We enjoyed our vacation "home-away-from home"!

PARADISE PLACE

I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed staying at the house !! To start off - good communication and easy booking. We get off the ferry and met with Dena to retrieve the car !! SO SIMPLE !! She also was available during our stay with advice and recommendations!! Get to the house and had more than enough room we needed ! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL VIEW especially from the balcony !! The best was that nighttime MOON and back door breeze !! Our beach days were perfect with chairs , towels and all kinds of beach toys available .. sad to leave but will definitely recommend and come back anytime !!

Fantastic stay

Our stay at Rendezvous was great! Geret was super helpful before we even got there. He sent an email with helpful tips and when I responded with clarifying questions, he called me to chat! We used the car they provided and it was perfect. Worked well for the steep roads and had a fantastic air conditioner in the car—it gets steamy on the Island! The property manager we were at up with on the Island was very helpful as well. Would definitely stay there again

Great Villa, close to Cruz Bay

We had a great week in St John. Villa was exactly as described and pictured online. The host was super responsive over email beforehand. Convenient villa location, and the rental car was an added bonus. We loved the beautiful views of the ocean and the location always had a nice breeze. Perfect week in paradise.

Breezy and Scenic!

From the first email to the return deposit, this home is everything advertised and more. Dena went above and beyond to help us get acquainted with Cruz Bay. When she showed us our "home" it was so picturesque and well appointed. We really appreciated the showers in both of the larger bathrooms. It was the "best" feature in all of our conversations, although we totally enjoyed having the car included. That was a game changer! It was a bit of a surprise to find no air conditioning in the bedrooms but there were sufficient fans that we slept comfortably. I loved it because we had the doors open (not too many bugs at all) and could go out during nighttime awake periods and see the stars. There is so little light pollution here at RendeView. We highly recommend this property with room for everything you'd want to do on your vacation.

Absolutely Perfect!

My husband, daughter and I had the pleasure of staying here! It was absolutely perfect! First of all, such beautiful accommodations and so roomy - a home away from home. Had everything that we needed and more! So clean too! We loved sitting outside and looking at the incredible view, morning, afternoon and evening. The property manager was wonderful and helped us immensely, from picking us up, taking us to the supermarket so we could geet some items before getting settled in. She gave us good recommendations of places to go and eat and also recommending a taxi driver (Fergi), who brought us everywhere! Although the beautiful car was included, we weren't comfortable driving. LOVED the showers and comfy beds. Again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it to others!

Great house, beautiful island

The house was great! We stayed in June and did not feel like we needed air conditioning, the breeze thru the house was lovely. The showers are amazing! I wish I could shower at home everyday like that! The air coming in the open door was so nice. We caught on to the driving really quickly and it's not the left hand side that initially scared us, but those switchbacks are something else! After a few times though they didn't seem as scary. Overall, we had a lovely time and I loved that the house was outside of Cruz Bay, far enough to feel peaceful and close enough that we didn't feel like we were driving a ton on vacation. We actually went pretty much all over the island, to different beaches and to hike, and we didn't even use a tank of gas in 9 days. The whole island is wonderful, definitely would love to come back and explore more some day and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Magnificent views of Rendezvous Bay

What an amazing view this property had, we particularly enjoyed the breeziness and open layout of the house and huge balcony! The beach design of the house was just perfect! This property comes with a car so it helps to get to all the magnificent beaches just 20min away. Dena was a joy to work with and so responsive on all of our questions! Beds were comfy and kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Great kitchen to cook in as well! Bravo Gareth and Dena!

Fall Getaway

Our stay at the property was great. A little issue with the TV which Dena fixed in very short order. There was NO need for AC...the breezes were magnificent. The use of the car was great for exploring the island. Dena was extremely helpful, picking us up at the ferry dock when we arrived and dropping us off when we were departing. The property is clean and comfortable with all the needed items to cook and serve great meals and snacks. The patio is wonderful for morning coffee and evening drinks...be aware of sunburn in the morning. The sun reflecting off of the water can still give quite a sunburn. The view is spectacular and the area is peaceful. I would recommend it highly. Thank you to Garet and Dena for all their help.

August Stay

The property was amazing, the experience was amazing! This was our first time to USVI and St. John. We are already planning our next trip to St. John. Here are a few things that we would have wanted to know ahead of time: The rental car pick up information was conflicting, one said we would have it at the Ferry, the other said we would get it at the house. We had to find a taxi to take us to the residence which we were not experienced to do so. Unfortunately the paddle board was unavailable during our stay to use, we were not aware until packing the car for the beach. The views were amazing, the residence was well cared for. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We were able to spend lots of family time enjoying the outdoor patio. We enjoyed Trunks bay and Maho bay during our stay. Both were a 15 to 25 minute drive from the house. We enjoyed multiple trips to the High Tide restaurant at Cruz bay where the menu had many great options and great atmosphere. We would recomend stocking up at the Starfish grocery store, they had better pricing and larger selection. We deffinitley recommend this home to anyone wanting a relaxing trip.

Thank you so much for an amazing stay at your beautiful home! It was everything we imagined and more. Your house provided all the provisions we needed including pots and pans for cooking, a blender for tropical smoothies, board games for quiet nights, beach chairs and even a beach umbrella/canopy! Spectacular view

We absolutely loved this house. It has an Amazing view off the huge veranda, (our favorite spot for morning coffee and night time chilling). The house is spacious and very nice. The kitchen is very well stocked, the bedrooms were roomy with a convenient jack & jill bathroom & the beds were comfortable. My kids loved it too. As teenagers & young adults it was nice for them to have their own space. Communication with the host was easy, helpful with response time was quick. Totally loved it. It made our vacation even more awesome.
