«Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR. Do not be fooled by the price. It was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.»

«The location of the apartment is excellent. And there is private parking, which is very important in this area of Jerusalem. Right next to the city center and the train. The apartment was not that clean. We received new towels for each guest but they left dirty towels in the shower. There are no TVs in the rooms, only in the living room. Communication with the host was only through messages and not directly to a phone number. It is not so convenient when you need an immediate solution ...

«This apartment does not look anything like the pictures posted on Expedia. It was very dirty, very dusty, the floors have not been cleaned prior to my stay and there was sticky with garbage residue. Lamp in a room did not work, looked like a dog chewed up the wire, tv did not work and it kept on shutting off. Staying far away from this place or any other location that this management has posted.»

«The location is fantastic! Within easy walking distance of the Old City, Ben Yehuda Street, Mahane Yehuda market. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very spacious apartment and a parking space in the underground garage included. The furniture is older than what the pictures show but overall this is a great value. Communication was excellent and the host was especially helpful to us and quick to respond.»
