Welcome to our 2,500-square-foot single-family home in Saint Helens, Oregon — a comfortable, fully furnished base for families, friend groups, and anyone coming for Spirit of Halloweentown. The house is just 1.9 miles from the Halloweentown celebration in the historic riverfront district, so you can enjoy the lights, costumes, and events without living in the middle of the crowds.
This is a real house, not a hotel suite. You get five bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a large, well-appointed kitchen and dining room, and a living room built for a crowd. After a day in town, come back to the covered back deck: hot tub, fire pit, and room to sit outside even when the fall weather turns.

The Space
The home is 2,510 square feet and is set up for groups. Common areas are open and practical: a nice kitchen with a large island, a large dining room for sit-down meals, and a living room with plenty of seating plus a 75-inch TV, sound system and a fireplace.

Use the house the way a family actually uses a house. Cook a big breakfast at the island. Eat together in the dining room. Stretch out in the living room after Halloweentown. End the night on the covered deck in the hot tub or around the propane fire pit.

Location — Saint Helens and Halloweentown
The house is 1.9 miles from Halloweentown / the Spirit of Halloweentown events in St. Helens’ historic riverfront and courthouse plaza area. Also, a short drive, not a trek from Portland.
St. Helens sits on the Columbia River, about 30 miles northwest of Portland. The town is known for the Halloweentown festival (the Disney Halloweentown movies were filmed here) and for small-town riverfront streets that get dressed for fall. Outside October, it is still an easy base for the Columbia River, Sauvie Island beaches, farms and pumpkin patches, and day trips into the Portland area.

Pets possible on a case-by-case basis
No Unsupervised Children in the Hot Tub at any time. Hot Tub is to be used at your own risk
Turn off Fire Pit and Fireplaces when done. Do not leave them unattended.

Halloweentown dates and hours change by year. Check the current Spirit of Halloweentown schedule before you book so your nights match the events you care about. The house is 1.9 miles from the action either way: close enough to go back for a forgotten jacket or a kid who is done, far enough that you are not parked in festival traffic at midnight.

If you are coming for a parade weekend, costume night, or the pumpkin lighting, book early. Five-bedroom houses near St. Helens fill first.
