There is coffee available at the front office. The family that manages the property lives on site, and are kind and polite. This is a wonderful place to stay, in a convenient location to town and beaches, that will not break your budget. »

«We (my wife and I) had a nice quiet stay. Check-in was easy and the location is just off 98 in Carrabelle so it's super easy to find. There was a firepit in the back with wood already on site and we used it both nights we were there. In previous reviews, I read the water pressure in the shower wasn't very good. To me, the water pressure seemed normal. There was also ground coffee and coffee filters on site, and we used those too. I did notice the coffee cups and other cups we used didn't ...

«We only needed a place for one night, but we had our grandson who is 3, so we didn't want to stay in a hotel. This listing was perfect for a short trip and could actually do for a longer trip(except for the lack of a kitchen).»
