The property is a two-story building with rooms directly connected to the driveway. Parking is limited and it was difficult to find a spot near our room. The indoor lighting was extremely uncomfortable due to a large fluorescent lamp. The indoor swimming pool is quite small (not similar to what we were thinking from the photos) and it is visible from the parking lot, so if you value privacy, this is not the place for you. As soon as we stepped in the room, we noticed the toilet flush was not working, and despite calling the front desk, no one was sent to fix it.
Given that we paid over $500 for two nights, we were extremely dissatisfied and asked about receiving a full refund so we could move to a hotel of similar price but Expedia required approval from the hotel manager. That request was initially denied.
Because of the chaotic environment and the issues we experienced, we asked to speak directly with the manager. The receptionist was extremely rude, refused to let us speak to the manager. We are, however, grateful to the manager who eventually came out and agreed to issue a full refund. The contrast between the two experiences was night and day
