Poolside Palms Retreat is an ideal retreat for family reunions, sports teams, and large groups, offering a variety of amenities for a memorable stay. This 4,820 square foot home boasts 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and is furnished with top-notch upgrades, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

The spacious floor plan ensures a comfortable stay, providing quiet and private bedrooms for relaxation. Whether you want to unwind in the contemporary-style bedrooms, enjoy the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two gathering areas or the recreation room, there's a space for everyone.

The backyard is equipped with every amenity you might need, featuring a pool, hot tub, pickleball court, basketball court, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, chipping great, and a private gym. This setup allows guests to engage in various activities without leaving the property.

Located in The Ledges of St. George, this area is a haven for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll discover a network of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, as well as world-famous rock climbing and rappelling spots. We had a couple of questions about the house when we were there and questions were answered very promptly. Perfect proximity to the national parks! The only suggestion that I have, is to have coffee cups available :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for families who love to swim (the kids) and love to play pickleball (the adults). The management team was very responsive to our needs when we arrived and the code to the house didn't open. Someone was sent over immediately and we were able to get in the house. The front door is a little hard to open but we figured it out. When the water flow stopped because we were all getting ready at the same time to go to Tuacahn, the property management team were quick to respond to our problem and quickly helped solve it. We loved our stay and created great memories for our family.

Beautiful home but lacking a few things

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful, new home and has many great amenities, including a fantastic pickleball court, pool and spa. Because it’s a fairly new rental, there are some issues. The Wi-Fi goes down easily and needs an upgrade. The ice maker did not work at all, so we needed to buy bags of ice. The jets in the hot tub and pool lights don’t appear to work. I have the same pool system at my house and couldn’t get them to function. There were no coffee cups even though there are plenty of other dishes, pots, pans, flatware, etc. It also only has one dishwasher so large groups will need to do dishes a couple times each day. All that being said, would we stay here again? Yes. It’s a terrific community with lots of trails to ride bikes and beautiful scenery.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Jo Mama's house has great potential to be a wonderful property. However, the owner's have no pride in the home and the upkeep is awful. The house was dirty (especially the oven and bbq), the ice maker did not work, and the wi fi did not work. This was among many other things that were too numerous to mention and in need of attention. The property manager was wonderful and placed us in the home next door. For this next door property, we would rate everything 5 stars
